After the Introductory period ends, or if during the Introductory period, your Minimum Payment is past due or you exceed your credit limit, the APRs will increase to the variable Member Purchase APR which is between 13.99% and 22.99% (as of 1/15/10), depending upon your creditworthiness. There are no Cash Advance fees for balance transfers at time of application or that post to your account within 90 days of the account opening date. For balance transfers made at other than the time of application or that post to your account after 90 days of the account opening date, the variable Member Purchase APR and Cash Advance Fee of 3% ($5 minimum) will apply, unless otherwise disclosed.
